Terra - 210 sqm - sleeps 4-6

Terra is our home which we usually make available during the school holidays. It sleeps up to 6 adults (or children) and a baby. Thoughtfully laid out, calm and comfortable, Terra is made for slow mornings, easy evenings and relaxed family stays.

Terra has cool tiled floors, lime-washed walls, shaded terraces, and sweeping countryside views create a calm and grounded atmosphere where both adults and children can unwind.

Designed with families in mind, the house is peaceful, spacious, and safe for little ones to play and explore.

Outdoors

A private shaded pergola with outdoor dining table and seating for six - ideal for long summer evenings while little ones play (in the sandpit or fenced trampoline) or sleep nearby. There is also a fire pit surrounded by stone seats for cooler nights.

You can also enjoy a large shared garden (3,500 sqm) with shaded corners, olive and carob trees. A shared (with one other apartment) swimming pool (9m x 4m) perfect for cooling off during the summer months. A shared outdoor kitchen and BBQ

Kitchen

A fully equipped family kitchen with breakfast bar seating for five, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, separate freezer, and bean-to-cup coffee machine — perfect for slow mornings and relaxed family meals.

Master bedroom

A master bedroom with a luxury super king bed (180 × 200 cm) and a traditional ensuite bathroom with shower over bath (renovations planned for 2027).

Living & dining room

A large warm and inviting living room with high ceilings with a large dining table, L-shaped sofa, children’s play area with comfy bean bags, and cosy log fire for cooler evenings.

Other bedrooms

A second bedroom that can be configured as either a double (160 × 200 cm) or twin room and a third bedroom has twin beds.

Family bathroom

A traditionally appointed bathroom featuring a shower and natural, locally inspired bath products gently scented to reflect the rosemary, lime, and lemon found in the garden. Renovations planned for 2027.

Serra - 68 sqm - sleeps 2-4

Serra sleeps up to two adults, two children and a baby. With a peaceful separate bedroom (with the option of rollaway or cot) and a cosy sofa bed if needed. Thoughtfully laid out, calm and comfortable, Serra is made for slow mornings, easy evenings and relaxed family stays.

Settle into a space that feels both indulgent and easy-going, created with families in mind and inspired by the local lifestyle.

Kitchen & living room

A full-size, fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, coffee machine, and premium coffee pods — ideal for slow mornings or family meals. A warm and inviting living room with dining table, linen sofa bed (160 × 188 cm) and a cosy wood stove for winter evenings. Air conditioning to keep you cool on summer days.

Bathroom

A beautifully appointed bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, freestanding bath and natural, locally inspired bath products gently scented to reflect the rosemary, lime, and lemon found in the garden.

Bedroom

A spacious bedroom featuring a super king bed (180 x 200 cm) dressed in premium linen and soft washed cotton. The room can accommodate families with the option of a rollaway bed and/or cot for little ones. Air conditioning and shutters ensure cool, restful nights, while generous storage space keeps luggage neatly tucked away.

Terrace

A private shaded outdoor pergola with table and chairs for alfresco dining. Perfect after a day exploring the local area and to while away the long summer evenings whilst little ones play or sleep nearby.

Nêspera - 44 sqm - sleeps 2-4

Nêspera will have an open-plan layout which will create an easy, flowing space filled with natural light. A kingsize bed and cosy sofa bed will provide ample space (with the option if a cot or rollaway), while the thoughtful design will keep everything feeling calm, uncluttered and comfortable. A private shaded terrace with views of palm trees and old stone walls will be perfect for slow mornings and easy evenings together.
