  • Faro airport (FAO) is 25 min drive, Seville airport (SVQ) in Spain is 2h10 and Lisbon airport (LIS) is 2h45.

  • Check-in: You can arrive at a time that suits you from 15:00. You can check in yourself for maximum ease using the lockbox.

    Check-out: By 10:00.

  • Just an 8-minute drive away is São Brás de Alportel, where you’ll find a pharmacy, supermarkets, petrol stations, and most everyday essentials. Don’t miss the fantastic local market, perfect for fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, and fish.

    Alternatively you can go to Estoi (10 minutes) or Moncarapacho (13 minutes), offering similar amenities.

  • Free private parking is available next to your accommodation.

    • Minimum stay: 3–7 nights, depending on the season

    • Only guests listed on the reservation may access the rooms and grounds

    • No parties or non-guest visitors without owner permission

    • No smoking in rooms; violations will result in eviction without refund

    • Pets are not allowed, except guide dogs

    • Non-refundable rate: full payment at booking

    • Prices are per night, in Euros, include applicable taxes, service charges, and VAT (tourist tax and extras excluded)

    • All adult guests (16+) are required to pay a tourist city tax. This fee helps the municipality maintain and improve local infrastructure that supports tourism.

      • High Season (Apr-Oct): €2 per person per night

      • Low Season (Nov-Mar): €1 per person per night

      • Tax is charged for a maximum of 7 nights per stay

  • Bookings are non-refundable. If your plans change and you need to cancel, we will not be able to issue a refund.

  • As part of our commitment to sustainability, rooms are cleaned once every seven days. For additional cleaning or linen/towel changes, a fee of €45 applies. Just let us know and we will organise when it’s convenient for you.

  • We are open to this during the Low Season (Nov-Mar). Please get in touch and we will see what we can do.

  • In the future our houses can be rented together with a 10% discount. Terra and Nêspera are currently undergoing renovation.
